For those who haven't seen the movie, at a certain point Viola (the woman Shakespeare is in love with) has to fake that she's a boy, in order to be able to act because in those times only men could be actors. In the end she acts as girl, breaking the rules, and being Juliet in the magnificent play of her beloved "Romeo" - Shakespeare.
